Employers can now offer DPC alongside a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP)—even with an HSA—and cover up to $150/month per employee tax-free. DPC is officially recognized as healthcare (not insurance), and costs now count toward employees’ deductibles.
Credit and debit cards are subject to a 3.5% administrative and technology fee per transaction. This fee is waived for businesses using ACH.
